• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Free on orders over $50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after shipment

4.2 Shipping Restrictions

We ship globally but currently cannot deliver to some Asian countries and remote areas. If you have questions about delivery to your location, please contact us before ordering.

4.3 Delivery Responsibility

Once the shipping carrier takes possession of your order, the risk of loss and title pass to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• In original packaging with all tags and accessories
• Unused and in the same condition as received

• Chainsaws & Pole Saws once the chain has been installed or used
• Power Tools that show signs of use or have been removed from original packaging
• Pressure Washers that have been filled with fluids or show evidence of use
• Snow Blowers that have been fueled or show signs of operation

5.4 Return Process

2. Receive Authorization – We’ll provide a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions
3. Package Your Item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging
4. Ship Your Return – Send the package to our warehouse address (provided in authorization email)
5. Processing – Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return

5.5 Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days:
